This [removed phone] Signature is a fine example why.When I photographed the boat I was amazed at how clean and unused the boat appeared. The exterior is in amazing condition, hull appears to have no scuffs or scrapes that I could see. The Fully enclosed Bimini is in excellent condition and the Isinglass looks brand new. Current owner removes all Bimini Canvas and Isinglass when not in use and installs a full cockpit cover. Upon entering the cockpit, their are none of the usual odors of a boat this age. The entire cockpit shows very little signs of use, seller keeps it in excellent condition. Per the seller all gauges and features in cockpit work. Seller had a custom bolster cushion made for the dual helm seat. The engine hatch is under the full-width backseat, with deck covers removed you have easy access to all systems. Initial impressions I noticed everything to be clean and per seller in good working order.Moving below in the Cabin the "clean" theme continues. No odors of any kind, all upholstery and cushions show very little signs of use. The wet head is very clean and per seller everything works as it should. Nicely appointed galley again shows very little signs of use and per seller everything works. Seller has never used microwave but has no reason to believe it doesn't work. Aft cabin is also odor free and extends under the cockpit for another berth.Seller loves boat and it shows but wants something smaller, that's the only reason for sale. Exterior condition of vessel is in excellent condition. No visible scrapes, scuffs or cracks. Rub rail looks great, all hardware appears to be in like new condition with no visual rust that this year vessel usually has.
Engine bay appears clean and tidy, per seller everything works as it should. Alpha One outdrive has 2 new Hydraulic tilt units. New engine water pump was installed in 2014. Outdrive shows some visible cosmetic wear, per seller no problems at all with any of the drivetrain.
Cockpit and cabin again appear to be in excellent condition. No odor's and very little wear on any of the boats interior. Per seller all gauges work and boat performs great. Seller starts the boat regularly but rarely uses it as the hours can contest.
